About Teamship

What is Teamship?

Teamship is a cloud warehouse management system (WMS) built for 3PLs, distributors, and fulfillment warehouses. It brings inventory, receiving, fulfillment, 3PL billing, a client portal, reporting, and AI into one platform.

Who is Teamship for?

Teamship is built for third-party logistics providers, distributors, and fulfillment operations of every size, from a single small warehouse to multi-site, multi-client 3PLs.

What makes Teamship different?

Teamship puts flexible 3PL and storage billing, a self-serve client portal, and AI TeamMates in the core of an all-in-one cloud platform, so operations and billing run in one system rather than a stack of tools. See the full 3PL platform.

Product & features

Is Teamship cloud-based?

Yes. Teamship is a cloud WMS hosted on AWS. There's nothing to install, updates and backups are automatic, and you can access it from any device with an internet connection and a browser.

Does Teamship handle 3PL billing?

Yes. Teamship automates 3PL billing and storage billing, capturing charges for storage, receiving, pick-and-pack, and shipping, applying per-client pricing, and syncing invoices to QuickBooks.

Can my clients see their own inventory and orders?

Yes. Teamship includes a client portal where your customers log in to see their own inventory, orders, and invoices in real time.

Does Teamship integrate with other systems?

Yes. Teamship connects to stores, marketplaces, carriers, and ERPs through its integrations and open API, so orders, inventory, and tracking flow automatically.

Does Teamship use AI?

Yes. TeamMate AI (in beta) adds AI agents to the platform: a Reporting Agent that answers reporting questions and builds dashboard widgets, and a Customer Service Agent that creates orders and helps manage customers.

Can I access Teamship on mobile?

Yes. Because Teamship is browser-based, it runs on any device with a screen and a browser: a desktop in the office, a tablet on the dock, or a phone in the aisle, including with Bluetooth scanners.

Security & getting started

Is my data secure?

Teamship runs on AWS with enterprise-grade security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and backups run automatically, with the platform built for high availability.

How do I get started or migrate from another system?

Teamship helps you migrate, mapping your clients, SKUs, and workflows, importing your inventory and history, configuring rules, and going live with our team alongside you. The best first step is a demo.

How much does Teamship cost?

Teamship is priced as a subscription rather than a large up-front purchase, with no servers to buy. See the pricing page for current plans.
