Run the diagnostic above to confirm your device sends keystrokes and see how it's configured. No drivers or special integration are required.
Make sure the scan box is focused (tap it), then scan. If your scanner is in a non-keyboard mode (for example serial or SDK mode), switch it to USB HID or Bluetooth HID keyboard mode, which is the mode Teamship uses. Bluetooth scanners must be paired to the device first.
No. Because Teamship is browser-based, any keyboard-wedge scanner works, including a phone camera with a scanning app that types the result. You don't need proprietary hardware. See barcode & scanning.
