When you bid, we're your IT department.

Your 3PL competes for contracts against operators with entire solutions teams behind them. When you're on a bid, Teamship steps in as yours, at no cost. We attend the meetings, design the solution, complete the documentation, and build the whole thing.

The RFP problem

Great operators lose bids they should win.

Enterprise contracts are won on the strength of the answer, not the price alone. Smaller and mid-size 3PLs get outgunned by competitors with dedicated IT and solutions teams.

A solution design you can't staff

The prospect wants a documented plan for how their operation will run. You don't have a solutions architect to produce one.

We design it with you and put it on paper.

Systems questions stall the bid

Integration, data, and reporting questions come up mid-meeting and your team has nobody to answer them with authority.

We answer them as your technical function, in the room.

The talent is out of reach

Hiring a solutions architect and integration engineer to chase bids you may not win isn't realistic for a growing operation.

You borrow ours for the length of the bid, free.

What we do when you're on a bid

You bring the operation and the relationship. We bring the systems muscle behind it.

Sit on your bid team

We join the calls and meetings and represent your operation as your IT and solutions function, in your name.

Design the solution

We map the prospect's requirements to a real Teamship workflow: receiving, storage, fulfillment, billing, integrations, and reporting.

Handle the documentation

Solution write-ups, process flows, integration specs, and the technical sections of the RFP response, done for you.

Build the real thing

Not slideware. We configure and stand up the actual solution in Teamship so you can demo it live and go straight into operation.

Bench strength

The team of a mature IT organization, without the headcount.

To answer a serious RFP in-house, you would need to hire and coordinate a group of specialists that most growing 3PLs can't justify. With Teamship, that bench is already yours whenever a bid comes up.

  • A solutions architect to shape the operation on paper
  • An integration engineer for the systems and data questions
  • A technical writer for the documentation the RFP demands
  • An implementation lead to stand the solution up and go live

More than a SaaS. A warehousing partnership.

Most vendors hand you a login and wish you luck. We win when you win, so we invest in your growth like a partner instead of a subscription. When you go after bigger clients, we're in the room helping you land them.

Common questions

Is it actually free?

Yes. For Teamship customers, our RFP and solutioning support is included at no additional cost. There is no separate consulting invoice.

What's the catch?

The solution we design and build runs on Teamship. We grow when you grow, so helping you win bigger contracts is squarely in our interest. That is the whole model, and we're happy to be upfront about it.

Who actually shows up to the meetings?

Real people from our team who know the platform and warehouse operations, joining as your IT and solutions function and representing you.

What kinds of bids do you support?

RFPs and RFQs where a prospective client wants to understand your systems, integrations, and how you would run their operation. If systems are part of how the decision gets made, we can help.

How early should we bring you in?

As early as possible. The more lead time we have, the stronger the solution design and documentation we can produce with you.

Competing for a contract right now?

Bring us in. We'll help you design it, document it, and build it, so you walk into the room with the answers.
