Bill of Lading (BOL)

Also known as: BOL

A bill of lading (BOL) is a legal document issued by a carrier to a shipper that acts as a receipt for freight, a contract of carriage, and a document of title. It records the goods being shipped, their origin and destination, and the terms of transport.

In the warehouse: Teamship's WMS puts Bill of Lading (BOL) to work as part of Shipping & Freight.
