Teamship prints shipping labels, LPN and SSCC labels, and packing slips to thermal label printers and office printers. Search your model below.
2841 models from 69 brands
This list shows models confirmed working with Teamship. Names appear the way each printer's driver reports them, so some models are listed more than once. Don't see yours? It will very likely still work. Ask us to check a model.
No special drivers and no print server to maintain.
Teamship prints through PrintNode, which sends jobs through the printer driver installed on your computer. If the computer can print to a printer, Teamship can print to it too.
Run the small PrintNode client on the Windows, Mac, or Raspberry Pi machine each printer is connected to, and print to it from Teamship at receiving, packing, or shipping.
Print custom and SSCC labels, LPN labels at receiving, and pack lists and packing slips at packing.
Almost certainly. This list only shows models that have been confirmed working, not every model that works. Because printing goes through the driver installed on your computer, any printer your computer can print to will work. If you want to be sure before buying, send us the model.
The printer's own driver, which you likely have already, and the PrintNode client on the computer the printer is connected to. PrintNode runs on Windows, macOS, and Raspberry Pi. There is no Teamship-specific driver.
Most warehouses use a 4-inch direct-thermal label printer. Desktop Zebra models such as the ZD421 and GK420d, DYMO's LabelWriter 4XL and 5XL, and Rollo printers are common choices, and all of them are on this list.
Yes. Office laser and inkjet printers from HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, and others are on the list, so pack lists, packing slips, and other documents print from the same Teamship workflow as your labels.
