3PL WMS pricing in 2026: what 11 vendors actually charge

Most warehouse software vendors won't tell you the price until you've sat through a demo. This page puts every number we could verify in one place: who publishes, what they charge, what's included, and the costs that rarely make it into the quote.

Updated November 2026 · Prices checked on vendor websites October 31, 2026

Brands like Fujifilm, Garland Commercial Ranges, and DRiV are fulfilled through Teamship every day.

Quick answer. Four of the eleven systems compared publish pricing: Teamship (from $400/mo, unlimited users and clients), Cin7 Core (from $349/mo, 5 users), Packiyo (3PL plan $949/mo, 5 users) and Fishbowl (from $229/mo; Advanced Warehouse from $595/mo). The other seven are quote-only. Among systems built for multi-client 3PL billing, Teamship's $400 is the lowest published price, and it's the only system with published pricing that includes unlimited users on every plan.
Our bias, stated up front. Teamship makes warehouse management software, so we're not neutral. That's why every price below is either published on the vendor's own website or labelled as third-party reported, with the source named at the bottom of the page.

The number that changes the math: users

Headline prices aren't comparable until you count the people who'll log in. Most published plans cap users, and warehouse headcount isn't fixed: peak season, new clients and a second shift all add logins. Here's what the published caps mean for a 3PL with 15 people scanning, picking and managing clients:

Run your own headcount through the ROI calculator to see the difference over a year.

Five costs the headline price leaves out

1. Implementation and onboarding

Ask for the one-time fee in writing, and what it includes: data import, integrations, training. Enterprise implementations are commonly quoted separately and can exceed the first year's subscription.

2. Per-user fees

Every seasonal hire and new shift multiplies a per-seat price. Check what an extra user costs and whether scanner-only users count.

3. Order tiers and overages

Shipment or order caps are common. Ask what happens in your busiest month, not your average one.

4. Modules and integrations

Billing, client portals, EDI and marketplace connectors are sometimes add-ons. List the integrations you need and price each one.

5. Scanning hardware

Systems that expect proprietary rugged scanners add several hundred dollars per device. Browser-based systems run on phones and tablets you already own.

The question to ask every vendor

"What is my all-in cost for year one: subscription, users, modules, implementation and hardware, for my actual headcount and order volume?"

Teamship pricing, in full

We publish our pricing because a 3PL should be able to rule a system in or out before booking a demo. Every plan includes the client portal, unlimited users and unlimited clients, and the 3PL customer billing module. Your team scans in a browser on any phone or tablet, so there's no proprietary hardware to buy.

Onboarding carries a one-time fee, quoted up front. Most operations go live in two to six weeks. Full details on the pricing page.

And the price buys enterprise-grade depth, not a cut-down tool: automated charge capture, lot, expiry and FEFO tracking, serial tracking, pallet photos at receiving, a custom inbound and outbound workflow builder, a custom label designer, TeamMate AI agents and 300+ integrations.

Included at no cost: a logistics partner who helps you win business

Every Teamship customer gets us as a pro-bono IT and WMS consultant. When you're answering a client RFP, need technical documentation completed, or a prospect asks for an integration you don't have, we're in it with you. No other vendor on this page offers that, at any price.

How the partnership works

Sources and method

Prices were checked on October 31, 2026. Published prices come from each vendor's own pricing page: Teamship, Cin7 (cin7.com/pricing), Packiyo (packiyo.com/pricing) and Fishbowl (fishbowlinventory.com/pricing). Third-party reported figures (marked *) come from review-site listings (Capterra) and buyer-guide publishers (SoftwareConnect, FitGap, EightX, ERPResearch, SelectHub). Where sources conflicted or looked unreliable, we left the figure out rather than guess. Vendor statements about pricing models (Extensiv, Logiwa, Deposco, ShipHero) come from their own websites. Pricing changes often: confirm every number with the vendor, and if you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll correct it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does 3PL warehouse management software cost?

Published 3PL WMS pricing in 2026 starts at $400 per month (Teamship, unlimited users and clients) and runs to $949 per month for Packiyo's 3PL plan with 5 users. Quote-only systems are typically higher: third-party buyer guides report ShipHero's 3PL plan at roughly $2,145 to $2,295 per month with 5 seats, and enterprise platforms such as Manhattan and Blue Yonder are commonly estimated in six figures per year. Budget separately for implementation, extra users and scanning hardware.

Which 3PL WMS vendors publish their pricing?

Of eleven systems compared, four publish pricing on their own websites: Teamship (from $400 per month), Cin7 Core (from $349 per month), Packiyo (3PL plan $949 per month) and Fishbowl (from $229 per month; Advanced Warehouse from $595). Extensiv, Logiwa, ShipHero, Deposco, CartonCloud, Da Vinci, Manhattan and Blue Yonder require a sales conversation.

What is the cheapest WMS for a 3PL?

Among systems built for multi-client 3PL work and client billing, Teamship has the lowest published price in this comparison: $400 per month with unlimited users and unlimited clients, scanning in a browser on any phone or tablet. Fishbowl Advanced Warehouse starts at $595 per month priced by users, and Packiyo's 3PL plan is $949 per month with 5 users included.

How much does Extensiv cost?

Extensiv does not publish pricing, and its own blog says final pricing is always negotiated. Review-site listings show 3PL Warehouse Manager from about $599 per month. Ask for an all-in year-one figure covering subscription, users, modules, implementation and hardware. Teamship publishes pricing from $400 per month with unlimited users.

How much does ShipHero cost?

ShipHero does not publish pricing; its pricing page asks you to request a quote. Third-party buyer guides report its 3PL WMS plan at roughly $2,145 to $2,295 per month with 5 seats, about $150 per additional seat, and an order-volume minimum. Teamship publishes pricing from $400 per month with unlimited users.

How much does Logiwa cost?

Logiwa does not publish a price. Its pricing page describes a custom plan based on fulfillment volume and complexity rather than user count. No credible public figure was available as of October 2026, so request an all-in year-one quote.

What hidden costs should I budget for in a WMS?

Five costs are often missing from the headline price: implementation and onboarding, per-user or per-seat fees as you add staff, order-volume tiers and overages, paid modules or integrations, and scanning hardware such as proprietary rugged scanners. Browser-based systems that run on ordinary phones and tablets remove most of the hardware cost.
